Facilities:
Our servers are located in Class-A Data Centers throughout the United States. They all share some common features such as multiple public grids for power, facility wide battery backup / UPS , emergency generators capable of running for 48 continuous hours before refueling, physical security, 24/7 staffing, and more. We hand pick only the more reliable facilities to ensure our uptime and data delivery promises.

Tier-1 Providers:
Our providers have all been designed to be completely fault-tolerant nationwide backbones connecting to multiple Tier-1 carriers (Level3, Savvis, Telia, Cogent) and hundreds of private peers to provide the highest performance and reliability to our customers. We use a combination of BGP4 routing to make on-the-fly routing decisions, constantly analyzing the many possible paths customer traffic can take.

Consolidated Network Fiber / Connectivity Map

Our global network reach features:

• Fully-redundant architecture
• Multi-gigabit backbone with over 20 Gbps of transit/peering capacity
• SONET transit connections for self-healing fault-tolerance
• Multi-layer network design
• Customized routing policies for customers
• BGP best-path routing
• Automatic detection and re-routing around network failures
• Open peering policy allowing for local data delivery
• Carrier fault-tolerance
• Non-oversubscribed bandwidth
• Quality of Service monitoring and analysis
• Denial of Service Attack (DDoS) mitigation and filtration

Internet Connectivity
Our fully redundant, multi-homed network provides fast, reliable, scalable internet connectivity with 99.99% uptime guaranteed. We have redundant fiber-optic connections to multiple Tier-1 carriers such as Level3, Savvis, Telia, and Cogent in addition to extensive local peering with hundreds of major ISP's these providers ensure an extreme level of speed and reliability. Our network traffic is managed by Cisco routers and switches. Currently largest facility maintains 2 x 10 Gigabit fiber-optic connections to the Internet via redundant fiber providers which also have diverse physical points of entry into the facility.

Use our speed test tool to see just how fast we are from your specific location:

Speed Test requires at least version 7 of Flash. Please update your client.

Redundant Systems
Our fault tolerant servers are built with N+1 redundancy and our data systems are built with N+2 redundancy to avoid any disruption of service delivery. Our primary front end servers can take a failure of more than one hardware item and continue running. Our data management and data storage system can take 3 simultaneous hardware failures within any single piece of equipment and still continue normal operations.

Continuous Monitoring
24x7x365 on site NOC personnel provide complete and continuous monitoring to ensure maximum reliability and uptime of all systems.

Physically Secure Environment
Our data center locations are all constructed to control access, have advanced fire detection & suppression systems, and digital surveillance systems. All activity throughout the facilities are logged, and keycard access is required at all entry and exit points. In addition to that each physical server rack is secured individually.
